In the Japanese they had him do a play on his name by using numbers - he’s so great, he goes THIS HIGH.

In the dub, I dunno if the joke would have carried so easily; it’s more Japanese humour the way it was done, but the idea of Chazz/Jazz it up? Make it more interesting! Make it more awesome! Give it more CHAZZ!
